SNOWPIERCER - CAR DESIGN SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

We invite you to reserve your place in Snowpiercer (“Series”) history with your own customized train car. Pursuant to these guidelines, you may download our templates, build your design, and upload your creation (your “Submission”). Provided your Submission conforms to these Submission Guidelines, your design may become part of our permanent 1,001 car collection.

In addition to the guidelines contained herein, your Submission must conform to the specifications of the downloadable template provided as well as the Terms of Use found at tntdrama.com.

Before uploading your Submission, please confirm your submission complies with the following Submission Guidelines. These Submission Guidelines are to help ensure your Submissions are lawful and suitable for display to the public.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Except as otherwise permitted in the Terms of Use, your Submission must be your own original work;
  • Your Submission shall not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, logos, trade dress, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity;
  • Your Submission shall not contain nudity or be profane or pornographic;
  • Your Submission shall not be obscene, offensive, abusive, threatening, derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, sexual orientation, professional or age group or endorse any form of hate speech;
  • Your Submission shall not be unnecessarily violent or graphic;
  • Your Submission shall not defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks or images about the Series, its host, Turner (including TNT), its programming, products or services, employees, affiliates, or other people or companies;
  • Your Submission shall not violate any law, rule, or regulation or otherwise advocate or promote illegal activity;
  • Your Submission shall not advertise any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engage in any commercial activity; and
  • Your Submission shall not include programs which contain viruses, worms and/or "Trojan horses" or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications.

By submitting your Submission, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, approvals and/or consents necessary to provide this Submission; no other party is entitled to claim royalties from the use of this Submission; and that the Submission is not subject to any obligations or restrictions in any third party agreement, including, by way of example, a collective bargaining agreement.

Consent to Submission Terms:
By posting a Submission, you expressly accept and agree to comply with the Submission Guidelines and the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to reject or take down any Submission at any time if the Submission does not comply with the Submission Guidelines or the Terms of Use, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

Grant of Rights and Acknowledgement:
Please note that by uploading your Submission, you are granting Turner Entertainment Networks, Inc. (“Turner”), as well as its affiliates and assigns, a royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive, license in and to the Submission throughout the world to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, reformat, distribute, or publish in and in connection with the Series and otherwise in any all media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation all digital, internet and social media.

Additionally, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to credit you for your Submission. Accordingly, by uploading your Submission, you are also granting Turner a royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right to use your name, likeness, social media handle, and/or any information you submit in connection with your Submission and any use of the Submission in accordance with the preceding paragraph.

You acknowledge that you are uploading your Submission voluntarily and that you will not receive any compensation for your Submission or any other rights you are granting.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OTHER USERS MAY INDEPENDENTLY CONTRIBUTE SUBMISSIONS THAT ARE SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL TO YOUR SUBMISSIONS. FURTHER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE ARE CONSTANTLY DEVELOPING CONTENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERIES AND THIS WEBSITE AND OTHER TURNER PROGRAMMING AND THAT ANY SIMILARITY BETWEEN ANY OF YOUR SUBMISSIONS AND ANY CONTENT THAT WE CREATE OR OTHERWISE USE IS PURELY COINCIDENTAL. BY UPLOADING A SUBMISSION, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CLAIM AGAINST TURNER, ANY SERIES ENTITY OR ANY EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR OF EITHER RELATED TO YOUR SUBMISSION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, IDEA THEFT, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PROPRIETARY OR OTHER RELATED CLAIMS.
